Shipping Policy

This policy outlines our approach to shipping and delivery of products purchased from The Keeper's Hive. For full details, please review the Terms of Service.


Order Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is not an acceptance of your order but an acknowledgment of your request to purchase the product.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing includes verifying the order, packaging the items, and preparing them for shipment. Please note that custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
  • Shipping Times: Shipping times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. You will be provided with an estimated delivery date upon checkout.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping methods to meet the needs of our customers. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day after processing (limited to certain areas).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.


Shipping Restrictions

  • International Shipping: At this time, The Keeper's Hive only offers domestic shipping within [list countries or regions you ship to].
  • P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment through the provided tracking link.


Shipping Delays

We strive to fulfill and ship all orders promptly, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, or issues with the freight carrier. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of your order’s shipment. We will initiate a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. You will need to provide photos of the damage, and we will assist you in initiating a claim with the carrier and guide you through the process for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend the package to the correct address.


Order Modifications

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the order. Please ensure your shipping details and items are correct before finalizing the purchase.


Delivery Issues

  • Failed Delivery: If the carrier is unable to deliver your order due to an issue with the shipping address or a missed delivery attempt, you may be subject to additional redelivery charges or a restocking fee.
  • Return to Sender (RTS): In the case that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee or redelivery charges.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is canceled prior to shipment or is found to be defective upon delivery.
