Refund policy

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any accepted order before shipment for reasons such as supply issues, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, system failures), or errors on our website. In such cases, you will receive a full refund. However, The Keeper's Hive is not liable for any losses resulting from the cancellation.

Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item(s) to request a return and a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipment charges.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact us to determine eligibility - Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we have approved the return, items will need to be shipped to the following address: Way Delivery Services, 107 Pitney Rd, Lancaster, PA 17602.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@thekeepershive.com.

Incorrect Items

Notify us within 14 days of receiving incorrect items. Provide relevant photos if requested. We will guide you on the next steps, which may include a return, replacement, or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. You will need to provide photos of the damage, and we will assist you in initiating a claim with the carrier and guide you through the process for a replacement or refund.

Return to Sender (RTS), Refused, or Missing Deliveries

  • Shipping Address Error: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Orders sent to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.
  • Lost Shipments: If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of your order’s shipment. We will initiate a claim with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
  • Failed Delivery: If the carrier is unable to deliver your order due to an issue with the shipping address or a missed delivery attempt, you may be subject to additional redelivery charges or a restocking fee.
  • Return to Sender (RTS): In the case that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee or redelivery charges.
